Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Humblebee Solutions Limited (HE 449911, Vasili Michailidi 9, 3026, Limassol, Cyprus), operator of Whetwise, collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller. Contact: privacy@humblebee.ltd.

What we collect

• Information you give us: first name, email address, your answers to the course quiz, optional feedback you type.
• Reservation data: payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We receive only the card brand, last four digits, card country and verification status.
• Usage data: the pages and quiz steps you view, clicks, time on step, device type, browser, approximate country (from your IP address, which we do not store), referral source, ad campaign parameters (UTM, Google click ID).

Why we use it

• To build your personalised plan and hold your reservation (performance of a contract / steps before a contract).
• To email you about the launch of the course you reserved, and — if you opted in — practical AI tips (consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (legitimate interests; where required, consent).

Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and, if enabled, Google (Analytics and Ads measurement) and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics). We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the EEA (e.g. in the United States) under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Reservation and lead data are kept until launch plus 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Usage analytics are kept for up to 26 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing privacy@humblebee.ltd. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. California residents may request to know and delete their personal information; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the ad measurement described above.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use browser storage to remember your quiz progress, and, if enabled, analytics and advertising tags to measure campaign performance.
